About Us
The vision for HRS was created in 2008 by Chris Cracroft- Wilson. Fed up with the lack of respect shown to candidates and lack of understanding of the client's needs by recruitment companies, the business was created in 2009 with the philosophy of " Recruitment with Respect" which underpins the vision, culture and values and in the manner that we conduct business ensuring you the client or you the candidate are treated with the highest level of respect, service and professionalism.
Previous to establishing the business Chris worked for some of the Hunter Valleys and Australia's leading recruitment companies in senior recruitment and management positions providing recruitment services to the mining, engineering and construction industries throughout Australia. Drawing on over 20 years experience in the HR and recruitment sectors Chris saw the opportunity in the difficult economic time of 2009 to bring his vision to life by establishing a specialized HR company with a focus on the Hunter Valley which provides innovative, professional, cost effective solutions to HR and recruitment problems for the mining, engineering and construction industries in the Hunter Valley region, and so HRS was born.
